Buying
an item through the website
Most accessories can be bought directly online. Simply click
on the "Add to Cart Button" and
you will be prompted by our secure PayPal system to enter your credit card information
along with your shipping information.
Web sales are shipped
via UPS and should arrive 3-7 business days from the date of purchase.
Items on the site that say "Check Availability" may
be purchased by phone. Please call the store to check if
the item is in
stock and a sales associate will take your order.

Return Policy
Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt
for an exchange or store credit.
Items must be in resaleable condition and must have the original packaging.
Because we order and ship your furniture and accents as quickly as possible, we can not accept cancellations for items that have been ordered, entered production or have been shipped.
A 20% re-stocking fee will apply when cancellations of furniture and accents are authorized by Avitatt.
Because of individual screen callibration, items viewed on the website may vary slightly in color once received. To ensure your satisfaction, we recommend you request a swatch sample if color accuracy is important.

Be sure to have the product name and SKU number ready.
2. By email or fax.
